This policy explains what data Maysoor (thara.cloud) collects, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email, optional name, and your password stored only as a one-way hash.
• Your apps: the files your AI assistant deploys for you, what your app writes to /data, and environment variables you set.
• Operational data: your apps' output logs, request counts and last-request time per app, and IP addresses kept briefly to protect the service from abuse.
• First-party analytics: events such as signup, key creation and deploys, and an anonymous visitor cookie on the landing page. No third-party trackers or ads.
• ChatGPT and Claude connections: we store the connected client's identifier and fingerprints of access tokens only. We never see your conversations — only the requests the assistant sends to Maysoor's tools.

Why we use it

To run your account and your apps, keep the service secure, and improve it. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Where it is stored and who can access it

On a dedicated server at Hostinger. Cloudflare provides DNS and Let's Encrypt provides HTTPS certificates. Only the platform operator can access your data, for maintenance and security.

Retention

We keep data while your account exists. Backups are deleted automatically after 7 days. When you delete your account, its data is removed from the server immediately and from backups within 7 days.

Your choices

Delete your account and all its data at any time from the Account page, and disconnect ChatGPT or Claude from your dashboard. Contact us for questions or a copy of your data.

Cookies

Only necessary cookies: your login session, protection against forged requests, your language, and an anonymous visitor id for first-party statistics.

Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with its date.
